Everyone is being requested to work on Robert Frost's Witch of Coos. A Series of beautiful interpretations appear on Modern American Poetry. But, you are well advised to read these AFTER you have read the poem for at least 2 times and have made your own conclusions. The page on the right shows the cover page of "Poetry" magazine which was famously edited by Harriet Monroe, who was herself a poet-scholar of the HIGHEST order (do not disregard this superlative!).
Ashfi is right that poetry has layers of meanings which can only be dug out by a mind with highest abilities.
And please remember, Frost can be deceptively - simple!
